  • Project information such as project name and project location (e.g., address, site location, or other location descriptors tied to a construction project).


C) Project Content You Upload or Create

  • Construction project documents uploaded to the Web.

  • Photos captured or uploaded through the App as part of field documentation.


D) Location Data (App only)

  • Precise device location while using the App, only to tag photos for project accuracy.

  • We do not collect location in the background or use it for advertising.


E) Technical / Log Data (Web and App)

We may collect technical and log data for security, reliability, and troubleshooting, such as:

  • IP address (may appear in server/security logs)

  • Browser type, device information, timestamps, and usage events

  • Diagnostic and error information (e.g., crash reports)


Retention for some logs may be up to 30 days.


F) Cookies and Similar Technologies (Web)

We use cookies (and similar storage like localStorage) for:

  • Authentication and maintaining your login session

  • Security features and service reliability

3. Required Disclosures for App Stores

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies:

  • Photo Access: We request access to your device camera and photo library solely for capturing and saving site visit documentation.

  • Location Access: We use foreground (while-in-use) location access to tag photos with geographic metadata. Location is not collected in the background or tracked continuously.

  • Data Use and Sharing: All collected data stays within the app ecosystem and is never shared with third parties or used for profiling.


4. Analytics and Monitoring Tools

We use third-party tools to help us understand usage and improve reliability:

  • Mixpanel (analytics): helps us understand how the Web/App is used so we can improve the product.

  • Sentry (monitoring): helps us diagnose crashes and errors.


These tools may receive certain technical information (like device/browser details, usage events, and error diagnostics). We do not use analytics for advertising or marketing targeting, and we do not sell analytics data.



5. Sharing of Information

A) No selling / no advertising sharing

  • We don’t sell your data and we don’t share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.


B) Service providers (subprocessors)

We use third-party service providers to run the Services. This can include:

  • Hosting and storage providers (e.g., AWS S3 for document storage)

  • Analytics and monitoring providers (e.g., Mixpanel, Sentry)

  • Access to customer project content is limited to authorized employees and contractors, and only as needed for limited support, onboarding, or setup scenarios.

  • We use encryption in transit and at rest, and apply appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.


No system is 100% secure, but we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.



7. AI / Model Training

  • We do not sell your project data to third parties.

  • We do not train models on your construction project documents, photos, or other customer content.



8. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain account and project data for as long as needed to provide the Services and as required for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security and abuse prevention).

  • If you request deletion, we will delete your account and associated data from our primary databases.

  • Deleted data will be purged from backups within 30 days.
